The location is fantastic, as it is very close to the beach and offers stunning views of the sea. The service at this place is top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to make sure I had an enjoyable stay. The housekeeping service was excellent, and the room amenities provided, such as heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar, added to the overall comfort of my stay. I also loved the balcony and terrace, where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful garden view. The in-room safe was a great addition for securing my valuables.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Excellent location, great hotel, good service. Nothing better than to eat breakfast in the garden overlooking at the sea.
Try to avoid any/all communicaton with the Croatian speaking old blonde witch, who appears to be or is acting to be the owner of the establishment. She should be advised on basic customer service principles and avoid communication with all hotel guests, yelling at them included. The rest of the staff is professional, friendly and great! Bathrooms could be more modern.

The staff was extraordinarily nice. It was a nice surprise having mountain bikes and single track to ride on. The sea and beaches around the hotel are lovely and there are many idyllic places to take a walk. The hotel restaurant had great food. It is also conveniently located near Umag.

We had a great stay at this seaside hotel. The best aspects were the clean rooms, hotel facilities, and convenient location right on the beach. The breakfast was also fantastic and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Nothing bad to say, it was a wonderful stay.

The hotel is located directly on the beach and the rooms have nice design. Free internet access in the room.
The hotel is way too expensive for what you get. To use the parking garage you have to pay and the service is unprofessional. The staff in the restaurant was too stressed and we had to wait for the menu and for this place you really expected something much better. Poor breakfast. Beach is rocky - bring swimmingshoes. We stayed at many other 4/5* hotel in Croatia and we are no budget travellers and in comparison with the other hotels this is not to recommend. The marketing for the hotel looks very good so you have high expectations before arrival. Big disappointment at our tour through Croatia.

Amazing food and friendly staff. Beautiful beachfront location with stunning views. the spacious rooms with a touch of charm made it feel like a home away from home.
Limited amenities and some guest policies were less flexible. a great weekend, but the lack of a pool was a downer.

It was a typical European Hotel on a coastal area of Croatia. The surrounding area is very quaint and not very touristy. Locals were friendly in Umag, and there were areas of wilderness for hiking nearby.
A rocky beach,(bring water shoes) which was fun but dangerous. Staff wasn't very friendly, but they tended to all of our needs. Check the weather before you go. The trip would have been much more enjoyable if it was warm and sunny rather than cold and rainy.

The hotel was in a perfect location with easy access to the beach and key tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs. We also liked the fact that the hotel had a gym and a pool area for guests to enjoy.
One major downside was that the food served at breakfast was not up to standard. the speed of the Wi-Fi was slow and not ideal for working purposes.

I am working in tourism and part of my job are site inspection visits of hotels all over the world. Honsestly I do not consider myself as expert for Croatian hotels, but I know hotel accomodation facilities quite good. Hotel Villa Rosetta I could propose anyone who like peacefull location almost on the beach, small hotel for hollidays (only 24 rooms), nice hotel beach, 300 m away unofficial nudist beach, nice comfortable rooms and bathroom. They have even turkish bath and sauna. Very good restaurant. Very good maintained. I do consider Villa Rosetta the best small 4* hotel I have ever visited in Croatia.
